Lift Refurbishment In Bradford

lift refurbishment in bradford

This week we finished a lift refurbishment in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The lift in question was over 25 years old and in desperate need of an electrical and hydraulic upgrade. Parts had now become obsolete, and the client was having continued electrical problems.

Here is what we did.

We replaced the control panel to a more modern and efficient lift control system with LIMAX levelling and great diagnostics for our engineers on site. The lift will now run in a much more reliable manner. All components we replace are open protocol and sourced in the UK. Our engineers are very used to installing DMG control systems now making the install process seamless.

During our time working on the lift refurbishment, we upgraded the complete hydraulic system to ensure the lift ran smoothly, safely and more efficient. We replaced the hydraulic tank, pump, valve block, oil and ram seals. We continue to use Blaine EV100 which offers a reliable, safe and smooth ride with excellent levelling.

We also always upgrade the door safety edges, car door overhaul, car lighting, shaft lighting, car top controls, auto-dialler with alarm, GSM and sim. This gives our client the complete package.

  • Delivery in 4 weeks.
  • Installation within 2 weeks.
  • Lift becomes more efficient, reliable, and safer.
  • Better on the environment than replacement.
  • Literally no building disruption, so clients can continue with their duties.
