We are known for our preventative lift servicing, great communication and quick response to lift problems. But we also help our clients on their lift LOLERs too, whether its in Stoke or nationwide.
By offering to do clients Lift LOLER’s (via a third party for compliance) we get to see the reports first hand. This ensures we see the reports (as clients can forget to send), can rectify problems, but it is also good to make sure our team are doing a good job on site and don’t miss anything.
We believe that there are 3 MAJOR factors to ensuring a passenger lift is safe and efficient, these are:
Preventative Lift Maintenance – this ensures that the engineer does thorough servicing on site and spots potential problems before they become problems.
LOLER Inspections – these are so important to be done by trained staff and done thoroughly. Again this makes sure a lift is safe and these help to spot issues.
Client Investment – all of this only works if clients are willing to invest in their lift portfolio. Some customers expect lifts to be perfect for 50 years with no investment which is impossible. We are lucky to have some great clients who invest and who we work as partners with.
